Vinayak Mishra

Mr. Vinayak Mishra is an Associate at Indo Legal Services, with a practice primarily focused on litigation and dispute resolution. His work involves handling and assisting in matters before the District Courts and the High Court, along with matters relating to company law and allied proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal and other specialised tribunals.

His practice encompasses civil and commercial disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and proceedings arising under the Companies Act and other allied laws.
