Mr. Vinayak Mishra is an Associate at Indo Legal Services, with a practice primarily focused on litigation and dispute resolution. His work involves handling and assisting in matters before the District Courts and the High Court, along with matters relating to company law and allied proceedings before the National Company Law Tribunal and other specialised tribunals.

His practice encompasses civil and commercial disputes, corporate and commercial litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy matters, and proceedings arising under the Companies Act and other allied laws. He has been involved in a wide range of contentious matters, including drafting pleadings and legal submissions, conducting legal research, assisting in hearings and conferences, and developing litigation strategies in complex and fact-intensive disputes.

Mr. Mishra has a keen interest in corporate and commercial laws and regularly works on matters involving the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Companies Act, shareholder and management disputes, contractual disputes, recovery proceedings and other civil and commercial matters. His experience also includes assisting in proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT, while maintaining a broader litigation practice before the District Courts and the High Court.

He adopts a research-oriented and detail-driven approach to legal issues, with particular emphasis on understanding the factual and commercial context of a dispute before formulating an appropriate legal strategy.
