His practise focuses on restructuring and merger and acquisition, arbitration and mediation, competition and anti-trust, banking and finance, commercial litigation, industrial specific sectors, private equity and venture capital, criminal litigation, intellectual property rights, data privacy and cyber-security, taxation and finance laws, transaction advisory, civil litigation, IBC, and management disputes.

During his experience at various law firms and software firms, he has served start-ups and small business organisations on direct tax matters, income tax returns, techno-legal agreements, information security management implementations, etc., and other statutory compliance.

His core competence is unbound in the areas of direct taxation, consumer protection, cyber, IPR, and civil, corporate, and commercial laws. On the IT litigation front, he has immense experience in providing advice on unique litigation strategies and has been a lead advisor in many successful and path-breaking IT litigations in India.
