Suhani Patidar

Suhani Patidar is a Qualified Company Secretary. She is also pursuing an LL.B. and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree, combining a strong foundation in corporate governance, commercial laws, and legal practice.

As a Paralegal with the Firm, she assists the counsels in a wide range of litigation and advisory matters. Her responsibilities include conducting legal research, managing due diligence exercises, drafting legal documents, petitions, applications, notices, and preparing case briefs.
